At XUTA, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, here are the delivery timelines:
Inside Dhaka
Dhaka North, South & District areas. Delivery within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka
All other districts across Bangladesh. Delivery within 2β3 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking information via SMS or notification once your order is dispatched. Use our Track Order page to follow your delivery in real-time.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- β Original tags must remain attached
- β All stickers and labels must be included
- β All packaging materials must be intact
- β All accessories and inserts must be included

- β Missing or damaged shoe box
- β Dirty or soiled products
- β Creased shoes due to usage
- β Scratches on the shoe
- β Marks on the upper material
- β Wear marks on the sole
- β Any signs of outdoor use
- β Customer modifications
XUTA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our quality team before approval.
Refund Process
Contact Us
Reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return.
Ship the Item Back
Send the item back in its original, unused condition. Our team will provide the return address.
Quality Inspection
Returned items are inspected by our quality team within 1β2 business days of receipt.
Refund Issued
Approved returns are processed within 5β7 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever applicable.
